What the programme intended to deliver.
Transparency & Governance
Rolled Sleeves is still developing. Our responsibility is to be clear about our legal status, programme records, limitations and the systems we are building as the organisation grows.
Our reporting principle
We would rather report a limitation clearly than turn it into an unsupported success claim.
Programme figures should show what the available records support and distinguish delivery from intention, referral from completion, and an outstanding need from an outcome.
See how we report impactLegal status
Rolled Sleeves does not publish the registered residential street address of directors or office bearers as a public-facing office address.
Tax status
Public-benefit and Section 18A tax status should only be described as approved once formal confirmation has been received from the relevant authority.
Until then, Rolled Sleeves will not advertise tax-deductible donation receipts or represent pending applications as completed approvals.
Programme reporting
What the programme intended to deliver.
Who and how many learners participated.
What possible needs were identified through screening or assessment.
What support was actually provided.
What required care or support beyond the programme.
What had not yet been completed at the time of reporting.
What should improve before the next programme.
Safeguarding & dignity
Consent is not a content strategy.
Financial transparency
As verified financial statements, annual reports, programme expenditure records and formal filings become available for publication, they should be presented here in a clear and proportionate way.
We do not publish bank statements, transaction histories or personal banking information as a substitute for proper financial reporting.
Data & privacy
School vision programmes can involve personal and health information. Public reporting should therefore use aggregated or appropriately authorised information wherever possible.
Necessary records should be handled with clear purpose, appropriate access controls and respect for the privacy of learners and families.
Organisational development
Accountability should grow with the organisation.
Rolled Sleeves is still developing. Our aim is not to appear larger or older than we are.
It is to build the governance, reporting and delivery systems required for the organisation we intend to become.
