Learner welfare and privacy take priority over publicity. Photography and storytelling should follow appropriate school, caregiver and programme consent processes, and participation in care does not automatically mean consent for public use of a learner’s image or health information.

Organisations can contribute funding, clinical expertise, optical support, delivery capacity, professional services or other resources that strengthen a defined programme pathway. The scope, responsibilities and reporting should be agreed before delivery.

No fixed Bronze, Silver or Gold sponsorship structure is used. Partnerships are shaped around what a programme needs to deliver and how the contribution can be responsibly measured and reported.
