Depending on the form you use, this may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, school details and the content of your enquiry. Please avoid sending unnecessary medical information or personal details about learners in an initial website message.
Why we use it
- to respond to an enquiry or request for information;
- to assess whether a school, partner or programme conversation is appropriate;
- to coordinate agreed next steps with relevant people; and
- to send updates where you have asked to receive them.
How website submissions are processed
Website forms are processed through Netlify Forms, the website hosting provider’s form service, and are made available to Rolled Sleeves for follow-up. Information is not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Access and sharing
Information is accessed only by people who need it for the relevant enquiry, programme or follow-up. We may share information with an appropriate partner where this is needed to progress an agreed request, but only with a clear purpose and appropriate care. We do not publish personal information from form submissions.
Keeping information
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, programme administration, communication, legal obligations or record-keeping. We aim to limit what we retain and review information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask about information you have shared with us, request a correction, withdraw from a mailing list or raise a privacy concern. We will consider requests in line with applicable law and our practical responsibilities as an organisation.

Rolled Sleeves aims to handle personal information lawfully, transparently and only for a relevant purpose. We seek to collect the minimum information needed, keep it secure through reasonable measures, and respect the dignity and privacy of learners, families, school communities, partners and website visitors.
